Account deletion

If you want to delete your SERIQ account, please log in to the app and submit a deletion request from the privacy settings.

Pet owners should use the SERIQ app.
Caregivers should use the SERIQ Crew app.

In the app, go to Privacy & opt-out and request account deletion. If you cannot access the app, use the form below and mention the email address linked to your account.
